Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPDM) is a synthetic rubber used in many applications. EPDM is produced from ethylene, propylene, and a diene comonomer. EPDM has exceptional resistance to heat, ozone, steam, and weather conditions along with being a good electrical insulator. Because of these properties it is used in applications such as roofing, weatherstripping, door seals, geomembranes, washers, surfacing, and many other applications.
