Also known as High Purity Ethylene Oxide (HPEO), due to its high reactivity it is mainly consumed internally by its producers for derivative manufacturing. HPEO is the ultra pure form of ethylene oxide needed to produce ethanolamines, ethoxylates, glycol ethers, etc. Normal grade EO is used mostly to produce MEG.
