Learn How Markets
Really Move

Move beyond theory and into the real mechanics of the industry. Understand pricing dynamics, cost curves, arbitrage opportunities, forecasting methods, and what actually drives regional markets like China.

Recycle Plastics

Master Materials &
Circularity

Get practical command of key resins — PE, PP, PET, PVC, PS, EPS, and engineering thermoplastics — and understand how circularity is reshaping value chains through regulation, recycling, and cost pressure.

What You Will Learn

Rather than focusing on isolated technical topics, this workshop is structured around four core learning pillars that reflect how the industry actually functions.

Explore how oil production, refining systems, and olefin value chains shape feedstock availability, integration strategies, and downstream resin margins. Learn how upstream market shifts flow directly into chemical and plastics competitiveness.

Build a practical understanding of the world’s most important polymers, including Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), PET, PVC, PS & EPS and Engineering Thermoplastics. Understand how each material differs in production, performance, applications, trade flows, and demand drivers.

Explore pricing structures, cost curves, arbitrage opportunities, forecasting approaches, and regional market dynamics. Gain insight into how commercial decisions are made in major markets, including China and other global hubs.

Examine mechanical and chemical recycling, capacity constraints, regulatory frameworks, mass balance systems, and the trade-offs companies face in the transition toward circularity.
